Helpful staff, fairly clean and special hotel. Location - amazing, near to Shanghai on business, and reputable stores. Also, to taxi driver at airport. Stocked room with very comfy bed and magnificentcity views.  

The breakfast is wonderful, the room is well-maintained with gold lounge access. The hotel provides a first-class service.

Had a great 1 night-stay from the moment I checked-in. I was upgraded to a very pretty room with excellent facilities. Really enjoyed my time here...

As young holiday goers, we absolutely loved the jazz bar experience and the incredible afternoon tea in the Executive lounge. The view from the rooftop was fantastic, and the hotel room was wonderful. The breakfast was lavish 

This historic building was beautifully restored over three years (2007 - 2010) and many of the interior finishes are original. Take the architectural tour that is free to hotel guests and very interesting. Our room was nicely furnished and decorated with 

The location is great, two minutes walk and you can reach the bund. The decor of the lobby and the bathroom is amazing, i love the separated Victoria style bathtub. They charged 99RMB for internet for a day, but it is alright. Service
